Using Beaty and her Beast to Introduce the Human Shadow, by Kay Newell Plumb

Kay Newell Plumb

Kay Newell PlumbWho Am I?

Somebody who's been haunted by the human shadow since 1993, when she first heard Robert Bly lecture on the subject. Somebody solidly gut-hooked by the shadow's first cast. Somebody who couldn't believe she'd never heard of it before, and started trying to talk to everyone she knew about it, which proved utterly impossible, because no one she knew had ever hear about it, either.

Somebody who started studying the human shadow on her own and can't seem to quit. Somebody who sees the shadow in everything from world events to interior monologues.

Somebody who feels like she should pass the knowledge along. Share the burden. Ease the pain. Drop a pebble in the pond, and watch the ripples spread.
